Discover the art of cultivating your own mushrooms! In this hands-on workshop, we'll dive into the fascinating world of log inoculation. Learn about:

• What mushroom log inoculation is and how it works.

• How to choose the best logs and mushroom spawn.

• The ideal timing and placement for outdoor inoculated logs.

Each participant will inoculate their own 2–3' log to take home. Once placed in a moist, shady outdoor area, these logs will begin fruiting oyster mushrooms starting in fall 2025 and will continue to produce annually for up to three to four years.

All tools and materials are provided—just bring your curiosity!
